As part of our commitment to sharing best practice and helping support business owners in the sector, we have created a mentor programme. This is designed to connect people who have specific skills and knowledge (mentors) with individuals (mentees) who would like to learn from them and gain insights on how to develop their business, improve their skills and be more successful.
There is no fee to get involved with the only requirement being that you are an ICAP member. We anticipate this being run one-to-one with the frequency of contact/meetings decided between mentor and mentee.
